Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PurrPocket, Brückenstraße 3, 48720 Rosendahl, Germany, email: purrpocketshop@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your PurrPocket hoodie within 30 days of receipt, simply contact us by email at purrpocketshop@gmail.com — the item must be unworn and in original condition.

Exclusion / Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
