Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the PurrPocket online store (purrpocket.shop).

Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with PurrPocket, Brückenstraße 3, 48720 Rosendahl, Germany (contact: chamajl.ramani@gmail.com).

Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in our store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. The purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm acceptance in a separate email or deliver the goods.

Prices and Payment

All stated prices are final prices including statutory VAT, plus any shipping costs, shown before you complete your order.

Delivery

Information on delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Statutory warranty (liability for defects) law applies.

Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
